A unique and unusual Tibetan silver ring, cast via the lost wax method and hand finished. The ring depicts a cobra snake at the base, being ridden by a winged figure, possibly Garuda, being ridden in turn by a male or female four armed figure, possibly Vishnu, surmounted overall by a seven headed Naga (protective). This is a heavy and substantial ring, weighing over 34 grams of pure silver. Early to mid 20th century, from Tibet.
