  • Antique Silver Bead

A unique tribal bead which can be worn on its own as a pendant or used in a jewellery making project of your own. Copper and silver, exact content unknown, with a small glass bead set at one end. Dates to at least the early 20th C, from northern India.

The offset nature of the two bails indicates that this was a bead meant to join chains and possibly used in a headdress decoration.

Measurements: length 2.7 cm, diameter 1.7 cm. Will fit a cord or chain of up to 4.5 mm.
